Cardinals running backs David Johnson and Chase Edmonds were both ruled out of Thursday's game. Edmonds was ruled out on Wednesday, Johnson was a scratch on Thursday.
The Cardinals also ruled out right tackle Justin Murray, losing their third right tackle of the season. Murray has a knee injury and was able to practice Wednesday, but in a limited role.
The other inactives for Arizona were WR Damiere Byrd, DL Zach Allen, DL Michael Dogbe, and S Charles Washington.
The 49ers were able to have running backs Matt Breida and Raheem Mostert active. Both were questionable headed into the game.
