The Arizona Cardinals' search for a veteran tight end could be taking a very interesting turn.
The team brought in former Bengals Pro Bowler Jermaine Gresham on Tuesday for a physical, but he remains a free agent.
azcentral sports' Kent Somers wrote that it looked like Gresham wanted to visit other teams and it was unknown if the Cardinals' medical team signed off on Gresham’s health (he had back surgery in March).
Now, ESPN's Adam Schefter has added another name to the mix. Chris Cooley, the former Washington Redskins player who hasn't played since the 2012 season.
