NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported Monday that the Minnesota Vikings are not expected to franchise tag QB Case Keenum, which would make the quarterback a free agent.
The Vikings could still try to sign the 30-year old quarterback, who is coming off a career season in Minnesota, but he could become available for other NFL teams.
