The Arizona Cardinals officially waived LB Alani Fua from injured reserve on Monday.
Fua, 25, wound up signing on with the Cardinals an undrafted free agent out of BYU back in 2015. He managed to make the active roster during his rookie season but was placed on injured reserve a few weeks into the 2016 season.
Unfortunately, Arizona waived him with an injury designation coming out of the preseason and he later reverted to injured reserve.
In 2016, Fua appeared in three games and recorded one tackle for the Cardinals.
