Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray injures leg in loss to 49ers; Hopkins sets team record

The Cardinals lost 20-12 to the 49ers on Saturday, dropping them to 8-7, but they briefly feared that they may have lost even more.

On fourth-and-6 with 20 seconds left in the game, quarterback Kyler Murray was hit hard on the play and stayed down for a significant amount of time afterward. He was able to eventually walk off on his own before sitting on the bench for a bit with training staff. From there, he watched the 49ers kneel to seal the win.

Coach Kliff Kingsbury did not have a firm update after the game, and Murray did not address the media.
