The Arizona Cardinals have not had much to root for in 2025, as the team sits at 3–13 heading into the final week of the regular season. If sentimental achievements count towards anything, there is one moment that deserves recognition.
Arizona tight end, Trey McBride, set the single-season record for catches by a tight end on Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals, passing Zach Ertz, who set the initial record in 2018.
McBride, 26, finished the game with ten catches for 76 yards and a touchdown and is now up to 118 catches on the season, with one more game to play, meaning he has a chance to put the single-season record out of reach for the near future.
