The second driver asked to see Kliff Kingsbury. And voila! Just like that, Steve Keim and Kliff Kingsbury were informed that they are under contract with the Arizona Cardinals for the next six years —- which in NFL terms, for a GM and head coach, a six year contract is the equivalent of tenure.
Thus, as swift as Budda Baker storming the alley to make a tackle, Keim and Kingsbury went from potential lame ducks to tenured bucks.
