Kyler Murray had some fun the other day pontificating about the future, playfully toying with reporters about the idea of someday playing multiple professional sports. He even made it a point to remind anyone who was really listening not to discount his dreams.
“Don’t shortchange me, please,” he said.
The Cardinals probably aren’t thrilled to hear their young starting quarterback say he is “leaving the door open” about giving baseball another crack and eventually playing in the major leagues. Murray, though, is fully aware he has plenty of unfinished business left to attend to first in football.
