The Cardinals have signed veteran tackle Jordan Mills to a one-year, $1.25 million deal following a workout with the team on Monday, according to a report by ProFootballTalk.

Mills, 28, has appeared in 87 career games (82 starts) with the Bills and Bears since entering the league as a fifth-round pick by out of Louisiana Tech by Chicago. He signed a one-year, $3 million deal with the Dolphins in May but was released on Aug. 27.

The Cardinals worked out multiple linemen on Monday, searching for depth because of a knee injury to starting right tackle Marcus Gilbert and a knee injury to rookie guard Lamont Gaillard.
