The Arizona Cardinals Football Club today announced that the team has signed wide receiver Pharoh Cooper (FAIR-oh) and safety JuJu Hughes to the practice squad.
Cooper (5-11, 208) returns to the Cardinals after appearing in 14 games (one start) in 2018-19 and collecting 25 receptions for 243 yards and one touchdown to go along with 25 kick returns for 561 yards and 23 punt returns for 196 yards.
