Following a two-season stint in Arizona, the Cardinals have decided to part ways with veteran quarterback Colt McCoy, as reported by NFL insider Adam Schefter.
And now the Cardinals have released veteran QB Colt McCoy, per league sources.
Either veteran Josh Dobbs, whom Arizona acquired last week, or rookie fifth-round pick QB Clayton Tune will start opening day at Washington.

It was highly anticipated that the Cardinals would hand the football over to McCoy come Week One, as Kyler Murray remains on the PUP list.
