With a 5-8-1 record, the Cardinals don’t have much reason to celebrate these days. But a handful of players, including running back David Johnson, receiver Larry Fitzgerald and defensive tackle Calais Campbell, have reached significant milestones recently.
It’s important, Arians said, that those accomplishments be recognized.
“Anytime you can do those things, you have to recognize them, whether you’re winning or losing,” Arians said. “You hope they recognize that it took a team to get them.”
Johnson became the first player in history to gain at least 100 yards from scrimmage in the first 14 games of the season.
