Arizona Cardinals' offense under Kingsbury looks more like 'Ground Raid' than 'Air Raid'

All we heard through the first half year of the Kliff Kingsbury experience was how the Cardinals and their rookie head coach and their rookie starting quarterback, Kyler Murray, would shake things up this season thanks to the “Air Raid” offense.

Once the season began, that’s exactly what the Cardinals tried to deliver, too. It was a ton of passing, an overwhelming amount of 10 Personnel formations, and multi-directional route running by anyone who could catch a ball, except for any tight ends, of course.

As the season wore on, things changed so much from week to week that it was clear the Cardinals had no identity whatsoever on offense and the “Air Raid” lost most of its gimmickry and luster.
