The Arizona Cardinals have hired a new assistant special teams coach.

The Arizona Cardinals Football Club today announced that the team has hired Devin Fitzsimmons as an assistant special teams coach.
Fitzsimmons has six years of experience as an assistant in the NFL, including working with Detroit as an assistant special teams coach between 2014-18. During his five seasons with the Lions, kicker Matt Prater converted 86.3% of his kicks (132 of 153) and in 2017 punt returner Jamal Agnew earned All-Pro recognition. He comes to the Cardinals from Vanderbilt where he worked as the Commodores special teams coordinator and tight ends coach the past two seasons (2019-20).
