Camp confidential: The team held its first outdoor practice of camp and it was shortened to just a little more than an hour of on-field work.

"It was warm, but not too hot … and we got the work we needed," coach Kliff Kingsbury said. "We just wanted high intensity, less volume based on how we set up our practice with our sports science crew and their recommendations."

* Rookie QB Kyler Murray said he’s been able to settle in and feel comfortable during training camp practices and workouts based on all the extra work he got during offseason team activities, minicamps and a couple of pre-camp practice weeks with other first-year Cardinals players.
