Joseph, entering his third season in charge of Arizona’s defense, is a motivational, highly intellectual and long-tenured coach who spent two seasons as an NFL head coach for the Broncos (2017-18) and is largely considered to be on a quick path yet again to another head coaching position somewhere in the league.
