This week brought some much-needed good news for the Arizona Cardinals: After an injury scare, wide receiver Christian Kirk will be back this season.
The second-year receiver injured his ankle toward the end of Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks.
Coach Kliff Kingsbury said Monday they were still working through how severe it would be, and on Wednesday, shared that it would not end Kirk's season.
"Christian, he'll be limited today, not likely for Sunday," Kingsbury said. "But I think, after looking at that play, could have been a lot worse, and we're all very pleased that it wasn't.
