Cooper (5-11, 208) returns to the Cardinals after spending the preseason with the team prior to being released on August 31. Following his release, he was claimed off waivers by Cincinnati where he played in one game with the Bengals. The 24-year old Cooper originally joined the Cardinals off waivers from the Rams last season and played in two games with Arizona.
