While the Arizona Cardinals officially announced the hiring of new offensive coordinator Mike McCoy and defensive coordinator Al Holcomb, the final name of the coordinator’s has been released and to Arizona Cardinals fans, this may be the one they care about the most.
The Cardinals have signed Jeff Rodgers to be their special teams coordinator under new Head Coach Steve Wilks.
Rodgers is another young coach, as McCoy (48), Holcomb (47) and Rodgers (40) are all on the right side of 50 along with 48 year old Steve Wilks.
Rodgers has been a very successful special teams coach in his seven seasons as a special teams coordinator, 2011-2017.
