Receiver Michael Floyd has worn it since he was drafted in 2012. Steve Breaston wore it when he was here.
But if we are talking about No. 15, the man who deserves the most attention is Neil Lomax. He was drafted in the second round in 1981 and took over the starting quarterback from Jim Hart in 1982.
