CARY, N.C. –Appalachian State University women’s cross country collected 24 team points to take the 5k crown at the 3 Stripe Invitational on Saturday morning at the Wake Med Soccer Complex in Cary, N.C. Landing in second place was the Pacers Track Club with 51 points and Campbell finished in third with 59 points.
“I am very excited to see the ladies get another win,” said head coach Michael Curcio. “We saw a few PRs for the course and a few for the season. I am glad to see Butler and Pusateri crack that 19 barrier.
