BOONE, N.C. - Appalachian State University women’s tennis (1-3) will have an interesting weekend with three matches in two days, beginning with Limestone on Friday at 2 p.m. in Gaffney, S.C.
The Mountaineers will play Presbyterian in Clinton, S.C. on Saturday at 10 a.m. before heading back to Boone for a 7 p.m. match at the Yonahlossee Tennis Club in Boone, N.C.
Appalachian is coming off a thrilling 4-3 victory over UNC Asheville for its first victory of the season. The Mountaineers took two of three doubles matches while picking up the three points in singles play they needed to pick up the victory.
