BOONE, N.C. - Appalachian State University women's tennis (10-7) will face archrival Georgia Southern (10-6) and Troy (6-10) this weekend in a Sun Belt POD hosted by Georgia State.
The Mountaineers will face the Eagles on Saturday at 12 p.m. before ending the weekend against the Trojans on Sunday at 9 a.m.
App State's previous match against Gardner-Webb was canceled after the Black and Gold had captured the doubles point.
Machado is a team-best 10-4 this season for her second campaign with at least 10 victories in singles competition and is currently on a three-match win streak, while Rebecca Morse is also on a three-match win streak for a 9-3 mark.
