BOONE, N.C. — Appalachian State University women’s soccer heads on the road again this weekend, making its way into Week 3 of Sun Belt Conference action as it faces Arkansas State on Friday at 4 p.m. and UL Monroe on Sunday at 2 p.m. All kickoff times are eastern.
The Mountaineers (5-5-2, 0-2-2 Sun Belt) is coming off incredible battles at home, drawing with Texas State and Georgia State in their first home conference games of the season. Offensively, the team has still performed well, with just-missed opportunities keeping them out of the win column so far.
