LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Appalachian State University women's soccer (2-10-3, 1-5-1 SBC) sustained some early momentum with a 1-0 lead in the first half, but it wasn't enough as Little Rock (7-6-2, 2-2-2 SBC) scored three unanswered goals to capture a 3-1 win on Friday evening.

Lindsey Tully scored her first goal of the season at the 24-minute mark in the first half to give App a 1-0 lead. The Mountaineer offense was on the attack with all four of their first-half shots coming in the first 25 minutes of the opening stanza. However, App wouldn't get a shot off in the final 20 minutes of the half while the hosts tied things up just before going into the break, 1-1.
