CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Appalachian State women's cross country will send a group of runners to the Royals Challenge, hosted by Queens. The women's 5K race will begin at 4:30 p.m.

- App State has posted a top-10 finish in all three of meets so far this season
- Last weekend, the Black and Gold placed ninth of 39 teams at the Greater Louisville Classic
- Izzy Evely continued her strong 2019 season with her third straight top-10 finish. She crossed 10th overall in the race that featured 315 runners in 17:29.
