KERNERSVILLE, N.C. -- Appalachian State women's cross country will run at the VertCross Invitational on Friday at 4 p.m. in its final competition before the Sun Belt Championships.

App State continued its strong 2018 campaign by winning the USC Upstate Invitational on Sept. 29. The win was the second straight meet the Mountaineers have won.
