BOONE, N.C. -- Fresh off of a victory at the Lenoir-Rhyne Invitational on Sept. 13, Appalachian State women's cross country will return to action on Saturday morning at the USC Upstate Invitational in Spartanburg, S.C. The women's 5K race will begin at 9 a.m.

After taking first place at the Lenoir-Rhyne Invitational, Phylissa Greeley was tabbed as Sun Belt Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the second time this season. She won the award for the first time this season after placing fourth at the season opening Covered Bridge Open.
