BOONE, N.C. - App State women's basketball coach Alaura Sharp announced the addition of Emma Smith to the 2025-26 roster on Tuesday.

Smith will join the Mountaineers as a guard after spending three seasons at Denver. While with the Pioneers, Smith netted 1,066 points, averaging 12.0 points per game, 4.8 rebounds per contest, as well as 3.4 assists and 1.8 steals per game. Smith is a two-time Summit League All-Honorable Mention and 2022-23 Summit League All-Freshman Team honoree.
