BOONE, N.C. — Due to inclement weather in the High Country, the schedule for Appalachian State University baseball’s four-game weekend series versus Quinnipiac has been altered.
Instead of playing a single games on Friday and Sunday and a doubleheader on Saturday, Appalachian State and Quinnipiac will now play doubleheaders on Saturday and Sunday.
Saturday’s doubleheader will be played at L.P. Frans Stadium in Hickory (home of the class-A Hickory Crawdads) beginning at noon. Sunday’s twinbill will be played at Appalachian State’s Beaver Field at Jim and Bettie Smith Stadium with start time TBA.
