BOONE, N.C. – Appalachian State University head track and field coach John Weaver announced the track program’s indoor and outdoor schedule on Thursday. The 2016-17 track campaign will begin in early December and will feature two home indoor meets and one outdoor collegiate competition in Boone.
“We are fortunate to be in an area that has a large amount of track programs who are successful and provide a high level of competition” said coach Weaver. “We hope that we do the same for them. Our schedule reflects the fact that we do not have to travel far to get quality competition.
