BOONE, N.C. – Three Appalachian State sports have achieved a perfect multi-year Academic Progress Rate, as the NCAA announced APR Public Recognition Awards on Wednesday. Women's golf, women's soccer, and women's tennis all have a perfect multi-year score of 1,000 and received a public recognition from the NCAA.
Based on the most recent multiyear APRs, these three teams posted scores in the top 10 percent of their sport. The APR is an annual scorecard of academic achievement calculated for all Division I sports teams. APR scores for all Division I teams will be released May 10.
