GREENBORO, N.C. – Appalachian State University softball overwhelmed North Carolina A&T 11-3 on Thursday at the Lady Aggie Softball Complex in Greensboro, N.C.
App State improved to 2-3 on the season after saturating the stats sheet with 11 runs and 18 hits and only making one error. Three Mountaineers bombed out three hits including Natalie Orcutt (3-for-5), Heather Josey (3-for-5) and Cara Parker (3-for-4), and Parker smashed out her first home run of the season.
