NEW ORLEANS, La. -- The Sun Belt Conference has announced a change regarding the Sun Belt Volleyball Tournament, which begins Wednesday in Foley, Ala.
The tournament will now feature 11 teams, instead of 12, with Arkansas State withdrawing from the tournament.
The Mountaineers were set to face No. 15 Coastal Carolina in pool play on Wednesday at 6 p.m. ET and Arkansas State on Thursday at 6 p.m. ET.
Due to the withdrawal of Arkansas State, App State will now play a single match on Thursday against the No. 15 Chanticleers, with the winner advancing to the Semifinals on Saturday at 5 p.
