MONROE, LA. – Natalie Orcutt extends her reached on base streak to 13 consecutive games as Appalachian State University softball falls to ULM in game three of the weekend conference series at the ULM Softball Complex on Geo-Surfaces Field in Monroe, La on Sunday.
The Mountaineers (12-24, 0-12 SBC) suffered their 12th conference loss on Sunday as the Warhawks (24-15, 8-7 SBC) snatched the series sweep. Five Mountaineers smacked out hits on day two in Monroe, and three pitchers saw action in the circle striking out three Warhawks and not walking a single batter for the fourth time this season.
