As we continue to bask in the glow of the historic football season that we all enjoyed thanks to head coach Scott Satterfield, his staff and, most importantly, a very special group of student-athletes, I want to take a moment to thank YOU for your support, particularly last weekend at the Raycom Media Camellia Bowl.
It was amazing to see the Black and Gold take over Montgomery. Thanks to 7,000 Appalachian faithful in attendance, the Cramton Bowl felt like Kidd Brewer Stadium. Our student-athletes fed off of the energy you provided and it was undoubtedly a factor in our thrilling victory.
