CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA. - Appalachian State University men’s cross country concluded the 2016 season on Friday afternoon collecting 488 team points to place 19th at the 2016 NCAA Southeast Regional Championships at Panorama Farms.
“This was a bit of a let down as a team,” said head coach Michael Curcio. “They fought their way back into the top fifteen at the end of the regular season. Michael and Chris finished up with some good efforts. Evan Georges definitely bounced back well after the Sun Belt Championships to be our third man, and it was only his first 10k.
