MXC Finish 10th in Virginia

EARLYSVILLE, VA. – Appalachian State University men’s cross country landed in tenth scoring 282 team points at the Panorama Farms Invitational held in Earlysville, Va. Friday morning. Andrew Vandenberg was Appalachian’s top finisher on the 8K course.

No. 12 BYU snatched the men’s team title collecting 39 points to beat out the No. 1 team in the nation, Syracuse, who took second (44 points). Rounding out the top three squads was No. 11 Virginia who gathered 82 points.

Orangeman Justyn Knight dusted the competition, winning the Panorama Farms Individual title with a time of 23:13.
