BOONE, N.C. — Appalachian State University women’s basketball endured another day of summer workouts on Thursday, this time concluding the first summer session.
As the summer grows, so does the App State chemistry, and with another four weeks of workouts before official practice begins, Appalachian has matured since the first day of session one.
“Our first session was awesome,” said senior center Mia Marshall. “I’ve seen so much growth in every student-athlete on the team, both mentally and physically. Our team has came a long way since last year, and we’ve all bought in.
