BOONE, N.C. - The App State women's basketball team is set to start its three-game road-stretch on Dec. 10 with a trip to Richmond, Va. to take on the Richmond Spiders. Sunday's game is set for a 2 p.m. tip-off and will be available to stream on ESPN+.

The Mountaineers defended the Holmes Center with a 77-73 victory over the College of Charleston on Dec. 5, improving to 5-2 on the season and 3-0 in Holmes. Junior Emily Carver and senior Faith Alston led the charge against the Cougars, combining for 48 of App State's 77 points as well as five of seven of the Mountaineers' 3-point buckets.
