Moore Impressive in Early Stages of NFL Scouting Combine

Appalachian State running back Jalin Moore is off to an impressive start at the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis.

Moore, who measured in at 5-foot-10 and 212 pounds on Wednesday, ranked No. 2 among the 28 invited running backs with 27 reps on the 225-pound bench press on Thursday.

On Friday, Moore and the other running backs will take the field for the first day of on-field workouts. That session begins at 9 a.m. and will be televised by the NFL Network.

Labeled by many in the fall as the Sun Belt's top NFL prospect, Moore increased his career totals to 3,570 rushing yards and 34 total touchdowns before he suffered a season-ending ankle fracture and dislocation Oct.
