BOONE, N.C. - Appalachian State athletics has announced that Molly Cotten will join the Appalachian State IMG Sports Network for the 2017 football season as the sideline reporter.
Cotten displays the experience working behind the scenes and in action, while adequately covering teams in the collegiate and professional level.
"We are excited to have Molly join our broadcast team.," said athletics director Doug Gillin. "Her passion for Appalachian and success in the radio industry made Molly an excellent choice as our sideline reporter."
Graduating from App State in 2015, Cotten is no stranger to App State athletics as she was the play-by-play announcer for women's basketball and volleyball for the Black and Gold while serving as the studio host for ASN for two years.
