JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – As the last student-athlete competing for Appalachian State University men's track and field at the NCAA East Region Preliminary meet, Nathan Milch finished 33rd in the shot put on Saturday.
Milch finished with a top throw of 56-3.25. At the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships, Milch finished with a personal-best throw of 56-6 and took third place. That throw for Milch moved him into third all-time in program history.
