Men's Tennis Falls in Heartbreaking 4-3 Contest

CLINTON, S.C. - App State men's tennis suffered a heartbreaking 4-3 decision to Presbyterian on Friday afternoon.

The Mountaineers fall to 1-6 on the season, while Presbyterian moves to 3-6.

Due to weather conditions in Clinton, singles started the contest with doubles finishing the match after the score was tied 3-3.

After the hosts won the first two matches on Courts 1 and 6, App State came back to tie up the contest, 2-2, thanks to victories by Matvey Radionov and Milo Bargeron.

Radionov defeated Oscar Alvarez 6-3, 6-4 before Bargeron downed Daniel Stenger in three sets.
