Men’s Golf Finish Seventh at CSU Invitational

AURORA, Ohio — Appalachian State University men’s golf finished the final round of play in Cleveland State University’s Invitational on Tuesday afternoon. The Mountaineers shot 292 (round one), 288 (round two) and 303 (round three) to finish tied for seventh overall with a tournament total of 883.

Kent State had a spectacular tournament to take the CSU Invitational title with a total of 818 (-46) with Oakland (862) and hosting Cleveland State (863) behind them in second and third. Kent State also featured the top two individual champions, Ian Holt and Chase Johnson, who finished -17 and -12, respectively.
