Men’s Basketball Rolls Past Carver in Home Opener

BOONE, N.C. – App State men's basketball never trailed en route to a 105-23 victory over Carver in its home opener on Friday evening.

The Mountaineers (2-0) have now won their last seven home openers, scoring over 100 points in four of them.

All 15 players to see action for App State scored, with three reaching double figures.

Sasha Glushkov paced the Mountaineers with his first career double-double, tallying a career-high 11 points and grabbing a career-best 13 rebounds (eight offensive). James Lewis Jr. had 12 points and six rebounds and CJ Huntley added 10 points.
