NEW ORLEANS – Running back Jalin Moore (Shelby, N.C.) is the Sun Belt’s Offensive Player of the Year and cornerback Clifton Duck (Matthews, N.C.) is the Freshman of the Year to highlight Appalachian State’s share of the 2016 Sun Belt Football Postseason Awards, announced on Wednesday.
