BOONE, N.C. — Appalachian State junior Noah Hannon has been named to the watch list for the Rimington Trophy, which is given annually to the nation's best college center.
Hannon started at eventual national runner-up Georgia in his collegiate debut as a true freshman and has made 26 consecutive starts at center for the Mountaineers, who ranked in the top 25 in both rushing yards per game and fewest sacks allowed during each of those two seasons. Based on his grade, he was named All-Sun Belt first team by the PFF College site in 2018.
