RALEIGH, N.C. – The App State men's and women's track and field team continued action at the Raleigh Relays on Friday. The Mountaineers recorded a first-place finish in the men's pole vault invitational and have tallied 15 top-25 finishes so far. The Raleigh Relays will conclude on Saturday. Field events will start at 9:30 a.m. and track events will start at 1 p.m.
Freshman clinched first with a personal best clearance of 5.20m (17' 0.75") in the invitational section of the men's pole vault. Gray's clearance moved him to third in the App State all-time list.
