BOONE, N.C. — Tryouts for Appalachian State University students wishing to walk on to Appalachian State’s football team are set for Thursday, Aug. 25 at 5:30 p.m. at Kidd Brewer Stadium.
Any currently enrolled full-time Appalachian State student is eligible to participate in the tryout. Students wishing to participate must wear their own workout attire (cleats are allowed but not required). Students must also complete and bring the athletics department’s tryout medical paperwork to the tryout. Students that do not have completed medical paperwork will not be permitted to participate in the tryout!
